• Turn on amp. 
• Turn on Pc
• Enter password (PHDR)
• Click live timing.
• Wait for live Time to connect to servers.
  • May prompt for subscription expired (ignore unless hot spotting computer)
• Click on Log in (on live time) 
• Open Race Vision Program, then log in (no password required). This program should be on the left screen.

Event

• Click on Events Tab
• Click on Club Day Template and create a copy
  • Name – Club Day xx / Month / year

Drivers

• Click on Drivers tab and find driver
  • Select class driver wants to run.
  • Choose multiple classes if required.

Schedule

• Create Round
• Choose type of round (qualifying or mains)
• Click on Generate round

Racing

• If someone turns up after you have created the rounds you need to go the drivers tab, find or add driver (if new).
• Go to the schedule tab, then on the left side select drivers, you will find the driver in the list, click on their name and drag and drop into the race you want them in.

Timetable

• Click on timetable at bottom left of screen, choose countdown between races as the timetable you want.  The default settings should be ok.

During a race

• During a race, if you have someone with a different transponder (it will call out the transponder number) confirm if you have everyone checked in.  If you have everyone already checked in and the unknown transponder showing at the bottom of the screen.  You will find you have someone in the race that shouldn’t be.
• If you have an unknown transponder, try and see if you can see the car cross the loop to see if you recognise the car and can determine who it is. Then click on the name and drag and drop onto the person’s name.

Mains set up.

• Create Round
• Choose type of round (mains)
• Click on Generate round

Here you will need to sort finals, race order etc. (OTJ training required🤔)
